Great day today!
Stuck with my beau all day long! We ate Mexican and built a model rocket, it was super fun! Even though I shot it on accident and we cudnt find it.... Not my fault it shoots almost a thousand feet in the air!

Yea I've been busy
I just moved! Should be an interesting summer.i haven't really worked out or eaten right lately :/ but I guess this is my blog and I can write whatever I like...
CONFESSION:
I have body issues... I can look in the mirror and see a skinny me but when I can't see my reflection my mind creates its own image of my body...I can reach for my stomach and my hands immeadoatley reach an inch out from where it truly is. I suppose that's an issue....

Back on track!
I'm back on track! Got in touch with a recruiter from the national guard today... It's something I gotta truly think through though...
WORKOUT:
2x 15 sit-ups
2x 100 Russian twists
2x 25 jumping jacks
50 knee-to-elbow twists
Assortment of hamstring stretches
Assortment of leg stretches
DIET:
Stayed under 2100 cal! I'm going to try focus on just eating healthy and proportionally for now. I wanted to lose a bit of weight before I began a more regular diet.

Nature, Good Ole Nature!
Went on a nice trail today! Too bad it was sooo hot! It was nice to do something different though.
WORKOUT:
I worked out my abs and butt today. Not in a thought through way.
DIET:
Good news!!! I lost 7 pounds since last week! Bad news: I had a moment of mental weakness and ate handfuls of Cheetos and gummy worms (a craving of mine) that were sooo good! OTHERWISE I STUCK TO fruit and healthy proportioned meals!
WORKOUT:

I didn't even finish calculating what I ate today. I feel no motivation today. I guess its just stress but i need to move forward! Tomorrow will be better! (re-thinking that old habit of mine.... is it really that bad?)

So today I didn't work out in sets but... I did some running and squatting! Nothing too calculated though because I haven't felt too good the past two days.

Oh Today...
I'm not even going to try to put a workout or diet down today. Other my regular hamstring stretches I did no exercise. I went way over my diet... today sucked. It was confusing and stressful day. I suppose I should expect these kind of days...

- 25 sit-ups (room for improvement)
- Hamstring stretches (flexibility)
- Assorted stretches
- 2 x 40 Russian twists
- 2 x 25 leg back stretches (can't recall the name)
- 50 jumping jacks
- 2 x 50 mountain climbers
- 1 min butt kicks
- 2 x 65 Knee-to-elbow twists
DIET:
Still on the 1200 calorie "diet"
Passed my calorie count by 10 today. At least it was because I ate fish, but i still need to work on eating less sugar. I didn't go overboard with salts! I didn't go over at all!
Overall it was not a bad "health" day.

1200 calorie diet (temporary). I was under my calorie goal by 60 but i need to cut down on sugars and salts. I did eat breakfast though!
