Went on a nice trail today! Too bad it was sooo hot! It was nice to do something different though.
WORKOUT:
I worked out my abs and butt today. Not in a thought through way.
DIET:
Good news!!! I lost 7 pounds since last week! Bad news: I had a moment of mental weakness and ate handfuls of Cheetos and gummy worms (a craving of mine) that were sooo good! OTHERWISE I STUCK TO fruit and healthy proportioned meals!
