Back on track!

I'm back on track! Got in touch with a recruiter from the national guard today... It's something I gotta truly think through though...

WORKOUT:
2x 15 sit-ups
2x 100 Russian twists
2x 25 jumping jacks
50 knee-to-elbow twists
Assortment of hamstring stretches
Assortment of leg stretches

DIET:
Stayed under 2100 cal! I'm going to try focus on just eating healthy and proportionally for now. I wanted to lose a bit of weight before I began a more regular diet.
