Well...

WORKOUT:
So today I didn't work out in sets but... I did some running and squatting! Nothing too calculated though because I haven't felt too good the past two days.

DIET :
So I went over by like 200 cal (still on the 1200cal). I also had a bad habit make an appearance because I realized I over ate...
