DAY 2

Went Old School For My Workout Jam!
Okay day i guess...
WORKOUT:

  • 2 x 1.5 min wall sits
  • 25 sit-ups (room for improvement)
  • Hamstring stretches (flexibility)
  • Assorted stretches
  • 2 x 40 Russian twists
  • 2 x 25 leg back stretches (can't recall the name)
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 2 x 50 mountain climbers
  • 1 min butt kicks
  • 2 x 65 Knee-to-elbow twists
DIET:
        Still on the 1200 calorie "diet"
Passed my calorie count by 10 today. At least it was because I ate fish, but i still need to work on eating less sugar. I didn't go overboard with salts! I didn't go over at all! 

Overall it was not a bad "health" day.
