  • 2 slices of Turkey Bacon
  • 1/4T Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/8c Lucky Charms

Stomach: FULL

Another Slow Day...

I feel no motivation sadly...
WORKOUT:

  •  Walked A Mile or So
  • Hamstring Stretches
DIET:
 I didn't even finish calculating what I ate today. I feel no motivation today. I guess its just stress but i need to move forward! Tomorrow will be better! (re-thinking that old habit of mine.... is it really that bad?)

Well...

WORKOUT:
So today I didn't work out in sets but... I did some running and squatting! Nothing too calculated though because I haven't felt too good the past two days.

DIET :
So I went over by like 200 cal (still on the 1200cal). I also had a bad habit make an appearance because I realized I over ate...

Oh Today...

I'm not even going to try to put a workout or diet down today. Other my regular hamstring stretches I did no exercise. I went way over my diet... today sucked. It was confusing and stressful day. I suppose I should expect these kind of days...

DAY 2

Went Old School For My Workout Jam!
Okay day i guess...
WORKOUT:

  • 2 x 1.5 min wall sits
  • 25 sit-ups (room for improvement)
  • Hamstring stretches (flexibility)
  • Assorted stretches
  • 2 x 40 Russian twists
  • 2 x 25 leg back stretches (can't recall the name)
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 2 x 50 mountain climbers
  • 1 min butt kicks
  • 2 x 65 Knee-to-elbow twists
DIET:
        Still on the 1200 calorie "diet"
Passed my calorie count by 10 today. At least it was because I ate fish, but i still need to work on eating less sugar. I didn't go overboard with salts! I didn't go over at all! 

Overall it was not a bad "health" day.

So today didn't go as well as I had planned...
WORKOUT:
Ill be here one day!

  • 25 sit-ups
  • 2 / minute wall sits
  • assortment of flexibility stretches
  • 60 Knee-to-elbow twists
  • 12 mountain climbers
  • 25 jumping jacks
 Diet:
   1200 calorie diet (temporary). I was under my calorie goal by 60 but i need to cut down on sugars and salts. I did eat breakfast though!
